TERMS OF SERVICE

A. CLARIFICATIONS

By accessing all the services connected to OnceStudios (website, discord server, social…) you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of service.
It is your responsibility to keep abreast of changes to these terms of service. In some cases we may notify you of such changes.
These Terms of Service are valid from the moment you buy, use or are part of OnceStudios services or products.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service if it is in breach of our Terms, or any laws set forth by any nations involved with the sale. We also reserve the right to deny or terminate service that we are not comfortable with terms surrounding, or developments not made clear before the service has begun.
We require 100% prepayment for each commission. As a customer you will be charged a management fee of 10% of the total amount due. Each payment must be made via paypal after receiving the invoice in your ticket. Any payments made externally will not be borne by OnceStudios.
All scam reports must go directly to the freelancer who completes the job. If you believe OnceStudios is involved, please open a support ticket and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any payments sent to the freelancer.
If you as a client do not respond in over 14 days, the commission will be marked as complete and archived.
We may reject any commission for any reason we may find.

B. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Premade products are designed to meet the few needs of a customer with a limited budget or who wants to have a product instantly without waiting for the creation phase.
Custom products are designed to 100% meet the needs of our customers through a direct conversation with our freelancers. Unlike premade products, these take time to create and can have higher costs.

C. PURCHASED PRODUCTS

The distribution of any purchased product is considered illegal and any violation will be dealt with through legal action. Likewise, downloading from a third party is considered illegal and can cause serious complications and legal problems for the user if it is proven that the user has not licensed the product and is using it illegally.
Resale is not permitted under any circumstances. You cannot use the products in premade configurations and you cannot use them for commercial purposes (which means making money from the sale of our products).
OnceStudios makes the store available to our customers in case they want to legally sell the products we make. It is under the responsibility of the management of OnceStudios to manage these products, which means that prices, captions, images, etc.. will be decided by our management.
We keep project files saved on our archive, however we advise you to keep backups as we will not be responsible for any data or product loss.
We reserve the right to use any completed project for our own promotional uses and/or in our portfolio

D. REFUND POLICY

All purchases made by OnceStudios are recorded and are final. The files you will receive upon purchase are digital files available for immediate download. Under no circumstances are you not entitled to a refund for a premade product. We reserve full authority to handle the situation as we see fit.
If a product is not completed by the deadline, we can partially refund 5% per day up to 60% of the commission price depending on the time allowed. In the event of any changes or additions requested by the customer, the refund will be denied. As a client, you are not eligible for a refund if the delay is caused directly by you or by any third-parties or situations which are out of our control and restrict our capability to complete the commission.
If a product is unsatisfactory or not working, the customer is entitled to a refund of up to 15% and the product will be repaired to the customer’s standards (PayPal fees and handling fees are non-refundable). If the customer modifies the product by corrupting, breaking it or rendering it inoperable, OnceStudios will have no obligation to fix the problem or offer a refund.
You are not eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel the commission after the freelancer already starts working on it.

E. BRANDING & COPYRIGHT

OnceStudios owns the copyrights even after your purchase. This means that you do not have the right to redistribute or treat as your own the files you have received in connection with OnceStudios, which have been provided to you automatically or by our authorized persons (management).
All OnceStudios multimedia contents (logos, renderings, portfolios, captions, etc.) are protected by copyright. You do not have the right to use them without the permission of OnceStudios management.

OnceStudios offers 2 types of products:
• Premade products available in our store which can be Exclusive, Semi-Exclusive or Non-Exclusive.
• Custom products that can be ordered by opening a ticket on our discord server.
